I enjoy working with people to help make a difference in their health, wellness and body balance.  

I graduated December 2014 from River Valley Community College's 750+ hour massage therapy certificate program.  In January 2015 I became licensed in New Hampshire and opened my practice with offices in Royalton Village and Wilder, Vermont.

Some of the massage therapy modalities I studied and practice are: Swedish (relaxation), deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.  These modalities can be provided on a massage table or in a massage chair.  

Since graduating I have completed Soul Lightening International's, (now called Insight Acupressure), certification program for Process and Clinical Acupressure, and I am a SEVA Stress Relief teacher. I have trained in cranial sacral therapy, positional release therapy, myofascial release, and year one of Eden's Energy Medicine.  I enjoy updating and refining my skills through attending as much training as possible to serve you better.
